Hair on fire? Here's the whole page in 20 seconds.

You're building a $2M–$10M company with nobody to tell the truth to. Not your team. Not your spouse. Nobody.

Everything you've tried was built to sell to you or compete with you — mixers, coaches, your industry association.

The Forum is the opposite: 6–10 Fort Worth founders. Nobody sells. Nobody gives advice. Sworn confidentiality.

The bar: $2M in revenue. At $250K–$2M, EO Accelerator is the fast track to the room.

Checking if you qualify takes 90 seconds. Three fields. A founder — not a salesperson — calls you.

The part nobody warned you about

32.7555° N · Fort Worth, TX

It's 3 AM and you're staring at the ceiling.

Running the same loop: Did that invoice go out? What happens if she quits?

How did I make that much last year and still feel this far behind?

Tomorrow morning you'll walk into your building and everyone will look at you like you have the answers. Your team needs a leader. Your family needs you present. Your banker needs confidence.

So who do you get?

You can't tell your employees you're scared — they need stability. You can't tell your spouse everything — they carry enough already. And you can't tell another business owner at a networking event, because he's already reaching for his card.

You built a $2 million, $5 million, $8 million company. And it is unexpectedly lonely at the top.

Nobody warned you about that part.

The networking-industrial complex

Exhibit A — every mixer you've ever left early

You already tried to fix this. None of it touched the real problem.

You went to the mixers. Joined the chamber. Sat through the leads groups. Paid dues to your industry association. Maybe hired a coach. Bought the courses. Listened to the podcasts on the way to work.

Every one of them made you the customer. None of them made you the peer.

That's not your fault. You brought a real question to rooms built for a different purpose. Networking events exist so people can sell to each other — the moment you walked in with $5M on the board, you were the fish, not the fisherman. Your industry association? Look around that room: half of it bids your jobs and recruits your people. Nobody takes the armor off in front of the competition — so everybody performs, nobody confesses, and the "best practices" on stage are only the ones safe enough to share. Coaches sell advice they've never had to live with; most have never missed a payroll or fired a friend. And the courses? You don't have an information problem.

You have an isolation problem. And no PDF fixes that.

You were sold connection. You needed confession. Those are not the same product — and nobody at a chamber lunch is selling the second one.

"Fort Worth is where the West begins — and Dallas is where the East peters out."

— Amon G. Carter, who packed a sack lunch every time he had to go to Dallas

You live in a city that turns insults into identity

Panther City · Cowtown · Funkytown

This city has been proving people wrong since 1873. So have you.

1875

The insult

A Dallas lawyer wrote in the Dallas newspaper that Fort Worth was so dead, he'd seen a panther asleep on Main Street — undisturbed by the rush of men or the hum of trade.

Fort Worth's answer? The editor of the Fort Worth Democrat put the panther on his masthead: "Where the Panther Laid Down." Today it's on every Fort Worth police badge, and a bronze panther sleeps downtown — a 150-year-old middle finger, cast in metal.

1876

The answer

The railroad went broke before it reached town. Dallas assumed Fort Worth was finished. Instead, the whole town picked up shovels — merchants, lawyers, ranchers — and helped lay the track themselves. The train rolled in that July.

Here's the part everyone forgets: Fort Worth didn't do it alone. Fort Worth did it together. Independence in this city has never meant isolation. It means neighbors laying track.

You've been running your company the 1875 way — wearing the insults, proving them wrong, alone. The founders who get past $2M switch to the 1876 way: they lay track together.

Dallas performs. Fort Worth proves. Don't Dallas your Fort Worth company by going it alone in a shiny suit

Where founders across Fort Worth & Tarrant County still lay track together

Forum · door closed · monthly

The Forum. Two rules that sound insane — until you've sat in the room.

A Forum is the heart of the Entrepreneurs' Organization — EO — a 20,000-founder network in 61 countries. Yours is 6 to 10 Fort Worth founders. Every one of them runs a real company — the median EO member worldwide runs a $4.1 million business. Once a month, they close the door, and two rules take over:

Rule 01

Nobody sells. Ever.

Not products. Not services. Not deals. It's grounds for removal. For the first time since you started your company, you're in a room where nobody wants anything from you.

Rule 02

Nobody gives advice.

No "here's what you should do" from people who don't carry your consequences. Members share experience: "Here's what happened when I fired my operations manager — who was also my best friend." You take what fits. It's called the Gestalt protocol, and it's why EO members renew at 91.6%. Advice is cheap. Experience is priceless.

And what's said in Forum stays in Forum. Total confidentiality. Enforced. Competitors are placed in separate Forums.

One more thing the room does on purpose: nobody in your Forum is in your industry. That sounds like a bug. It's the entire point. Your industry peers all attack problems from the same worldview — that's why every conference in your trade sounds the same. But when a manufacturer walks you through how he broke his hiring ceiling, you're not getting advice. You're getting an approach nobody in your industry has thought to try. You take it home, and for the next two years you look like a genius. The best ideas in your industry never come from your industry.

It's the confidential boardroom you've been missing — the one place in Tarrant County where you can say "I don't know if I make payroll in March" out loud, and get met with "I've been there — here's what I did" instead of a pitch or a platitude.

This is not a networking group. It's the replacement for one.

Fort Worth & Tarrant County founders. Real revenue. Real befores.

The part most organizations bury in fine print. We're putting it in bold.

$2,000,000

Minimum annual revenue · EO Fort Worth

Not because $2M makes you a better human. Because of who's sitting across from you at 7 AM when you finally say the thing you've never said out loud. That founder has to have lived your problems — payroll, key-person dependence, the talent ceiling, the marriage tax. The revenue bar isn't ego. It's what makes the confidentiality worth anything. Every member protects it, because every member needs it.

EO's global minimum is $1M. Fort Worth sets ours higher on purpose — we'd rather be the strongest room in Texas than the biggest.

So — which founder are you?

Door One

EO Fort Worth Forum

You're past $2M in annual revenue

You qualify to apply. Every applicant is interviewed — the bar is real, which is exactly why the forum works.

  • A confidential Forum of 6–10 founders from Fort Worth & Tarrant County, monthly
  • Learning events with speakers you can't buy access to
  • Executive education partners: Harvard, MIT, Wharton
  • A global network of 20,000+ founders that travels with you

Door Two

EO Accelerator

The Road to the Forum

You're between $250K and $2M

You’re not being turned away. Accelerator is built for exactly one outcome: getting you to $2M and into EO Forum.

  • Quarterly accountability with founders at your stage
  • The same DNA: experience sharing, zero selling
  • A defined destination — $2M and eligibility for EO Forum
  • Accelerator members enter EO Forum already knowing how it works

The line isn't about your worth. It's about your stage. Both doors lead to the same building.

Do one piece of math

The bill you're already paying

Count what the last three years of carrying this alone have already cost you.

The hire you delayed a year because nobody pressure-tested your gut — call it $200K in growth you didn't capture. The prices you never raised because nobody who'd done it told you what actually happened when they did — 3 points of margin, every month, for 36 months. The anniversary dinner where you were physically at the table and mentally in your P&L.

That bill is already paid. The only question is whether you keep paying it.

Both paths: three fields. Name, company, revenue band. Everything else happens in the interview.

Straight answers

Asked at every interview

No. Selling to another member is grounds for removal. It's the opposite of a networking group — that's the point.

Different product. Your association room is full of people who bid your jobs and recruit your people — nobody hands an edge to the competition, so what gets shared is what's safe to share. Forum is the opposite by design: zero competitors, total confidentiality, and founders from other industries who attack your problem from a worldview nobody in your trade has. That's not a weaker version of your association. It's the thing your association structurally cannot be.

One half-day a month. Members consistently say it's the highest-ROI half-day on their calendar — because it's the only meeting where the agenda is your hardest problem. If your company can't survive you being gone half a day a month, that's not a scheduling problem. That's the reason to join.

$12,000 the first year, $6,000 every year after. Less than one mis-hire, one bad lease, or one month of stalled growth.

Because the Forum only works when everyone in the room has lived the same weight class of problems. At $1.6M you're 12–18 focused months from the room — and Accelerator exists to compress exactly that. Founders who take the bridge arrive stronger than founders who wait.

It's the founding rule. What's said in Forum stays in Forum — enforced, not implied. Members with competitors in the chapter are placed in different Forums.

Three fields. Ninety seconds.

Everything else happens in the interview

One number decides the room.

Where is your company right now? That single answer routes you to the right founders — and the right interview.
